Hannah's story

Hi I am Hannah the founder of StandStrogng Fitness. After years of battling eating disorders and disorder eating, confidence issues, and not feeling like I belonged anywhere. Confused by all the different health advice.  I knew it was time to really make a change to my health, a change that would support me to thrive in life, not live in the shadows miserable tired, and hating what I saw in the mirror.  It was time to break free from the internal chains and create a life that was strong and empowered. Healthy and energised.

 From this StandStrong Fitness was born. I wanted to create a space that was here to support people like you live their healthies life. I wanted to create a space that was free from diet culture and more about creating health promoting behaviours that supported quality of life and living our best life. 

I am passionate about helping people to feel their best and that is what we do at the studio. 

Meet Sam 

Hi I am Sam - I am the other half of StandStrong Fitness founder Hannah  and a coach in the studio. 

I first got into lifting and strength training back in 2016 and noticed how it made me feel more energised, confident and supported me in my other hobbies. 

I qualified as a PT back in 2021 and have never looked back. I love to help people feel good in thier bodies and push themselves to become their healthiest, happiest versions. 

Meet Tom

Hi I am Tom -I’ve been training day-in, day-out since I was 13 years old (Now 31) through various sports and physical goals. I found coaching when I was 18 after passing the selection process for the Royal Marines but being unable to follow through with this career due to urgent family matters at the time. From here, I found a passion for helping people realise their true strength and potential through fitness. I help people shake off their self-set restraints and get down to work through consistent graft and self accountability. Promoting self-confidence and self-respect leading to endless physical, mental & social benefits.

We have created a space where we welcome people who have lost their way with their health and fitness, and are feeling confused and scared about making change. We have been you, we have known what it feels like to walk this path, and this is why we have created a simple and effective way to support you in making the changes you crave.

With a compassionate approach to deep health, we will help you uncover what has been missing in your health & fitness regime all this time.
We understand how confusing it can be with all the different fad diets - so we will take that hassle away and support you with simple-to-follow nutrition that will lead to lifelong changes

We know how it can be to struggle to find the mojo to make the changes, which is where we step in to help you over those hurdles with our accountability group giving you the tools you need to make the change
We recognise it can be mind-boggling and overwhelming with all the different types of exercises out there to choose from, so we step in and take away that hassle providing you with fun and varied programmes to meet your goals
